M-FOR-MOVIES!!

Even though I have 10 years of experience in the field of automobile my current salary is $5000 per month. When compared with other company’s my salary is really low and I am fed up with my work. Also, the way the treat is not good. They ask me take off on Monday and ask me to work on Weekends. It is poor thing for a company to demand his employees. Lets leave the topic, I will get frustrated if I carry on with the old topic. Sick of it fellows.

Without understand the company’s code of ethics and rules it is not possible for freshers to carry with their work. They should first learn about the principles of the company and then start their work. Also, dedication is very important to stick in the company for a long period . No wonder I work damn hard for the company. But the sick thing is I am not happy with my salary.
